Simple Make one twitter account with your email. Exapmle: inaamfirst@gmail.com (my account real {1})
Then for other account give same email with an extra dot. like "inaam.first@gmail.com" {1.2}
You'll get another account, but you'll receive this account's (2nd ac {1.2} email by twitter on same mail (real {1})
And if still you want to make 3rd account too so same add a dot in your email at another place like "ina.amfirst@gmail" {1.3} and make another account
